Falko Realty asked to join prestigious AREA group

In an effort to improve Falko Realty competitive edge in the market place, James (Joe) Falko and Tim Stott, have joined the international marketing organization “Associated Realty of the Americas” (AREA), an Arizona-based company that specializes in direct worldwide marketing of U.S. and Canadian real estate, according to an announcement made today by Falko.

AREA, in concert with its associates, internationally markets unique real estate located in the American and Canadian West. Properties are accepted into the program due to their unique economic, historical, design, or location characteristics. AREA associates are carefully selected based upon both their personal and professional accomplishments and reputations. AREA has associates representing most major cities and resorts in Alberta, British Columbia, Washington, California, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado.

“My association with AREA now enables me to offer something that no other real estate professional in Denver can offer: a targeted international marketing program, and the ability to receive and refer business to my colleagues in key communities. AREA, which has established marketing associates throughout the world, takes a unique approach, focusing its marketing efforts towards sources of qualified buyers such as financial planners, bankers, foreign real estate brokers and various associations. In 2008, the organization conducted 12 seminars throughout Germany as it targeted institutions and individuals to represent its interests abroad. In addition, its representatives traveled to Russia, Germany, France, Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and the Czech Republic to showcase its program and to solicit participation.
