For example, as a direct result of our relationship with a mid sized Colorado developer and due to our past successes in selling numerous properties for them, we have the ability to see what they hold in inventory prior to it hitting the open market. This, in turn, gives us the ability to purchase these quickly and more cost effectively. This also holds true with the banks we have been dealing with for years along with various Real Estate firms.
